房間大小合適，床枕舒適，早餐人多，但食品補充明顯不足，望有所改善

Unfortunately our stay here wasn’t as pleasant as I wished. When my family arrived in our room, the smell of synthetic scent spray was overpowering. When we went into the bathroom there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoke as well as a subtle smell of it in our bedroom. The vent in the bathroom wasn’t working to try to dispel some of the smell. It was obvious house keeping sprayed ton of scent spray to attempt to mask the smell. We tried to see if there was another one bedroom option, but told us there were none available. They also offered to spray the room again or carpet clean, but I didn’t want the risk of my toddler inhaling even more of those strong chemicals on top of the strong scent spray and smoke residue that already lingered in the room. Also, not to mention there was barely enough toilet paper to last for our 3 night stay. Another issue was that our room was right next to the door to the stairwell which was extremely loud. It woke me up several times throughout the night and early morning from people constantly opening and closing that door. In fact, I just heard it a handful of times while writing this review. Honestly, I have had a better stay at a Motel 6 than at this Residence Inn location.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet location, offering fresh coffee 24hrs a Day in reception, lovely staff, free parking, Great big rooms with loads on amenities. I would definitely recommend the Candlewood Suites Eagan to everyone looking for a great place to stay.

For some reason this location room booking is not accurate at all it stated that an regular queen room has microwave and refrigerator; upon arrival and check in got into room. Guess what? There is no refrigerator or microwave at all and those are the most essential needs. Talk to the staff and staff lied that all of there property does not offer microwave and refrigerator. Then had to call my 3rd party vendor about the situation; then they called they staff about the problem then the staff assign me a room with both refrigerator and microwave. These staff at this location lie alot! Just make sure you have common sense and don't let them rip you off!

入住後的第二天早上,我發現螞蟻爬滿了牀頭,爬到了小裝飾物的蓋子下面。感謝上帝,前天晚上我沒有發現它們,否則我就不會留下來了,螞蟻是噁心的!暖氣/空調設備上有死螞蟻。浴室很髒,廁所裏有渣環,好像從來沒有打掃過。第二天早上我通知工作人員,她本可以少關心點。

房間很大，帶孩子沒問題。酒店位置稍偏，停車場不用擔心車位。距離最近的沃爾瑪超市開車要8分鐘，距離outlets要10分鐘左右車程。

在HI Express Eagan預訂了一個房間,因爲到美洲購物中心很方便,而且到伯恩斯維爾的停車和騎車方便,可以乘坐去美國銀行體育場的公共汽車。有一個房間,有我們喜歡的特大牀,儲藏量很大,淋浴很大。房間有冰箱和微波爐。牀很舒服,房間的溫度很容易調整。電梯很棒 - 我們發現的速度最快。我們享受了早餐,但不如過去HI的那麼好。沒有薄餅或華夫餅,我真的希望雞蛋上放沙沙。但他們確實有穀類食品、百吉餅、烤麪包、燕麥片、酸奶、雞蛋和香腸。所以還是不錯的選擇。當然還有無限量的免費咖啡。由於我們到處購物和外出吃飯,我們沒有太多在房間,但希望電視提供更多優質頻道選項。而且,在房間裏,互聯網無法與iPad兼容,因此只能使用大堂電腦。街對面有一家小餐館,非常適合深夜喝雞尾酒和開胃菜,還有沿着洋基塗鴉路的一條不錯的跑步小徑供晨練。一定會再次入住這裏,因爲到MOA只有十分鐘,到停車場坡道也只有十分鐘,可以搭乘去維京人遊戲的巴士。
