Hôtel Les Armures is a beautiful hotel in a charming old town location. It’s in a quiet location, but a short walk (1-2 minutes) walk to many restaurants and boutiques. The hotel staff were personable and professional. The room had high quality linens and furnishings. The breakfast room was cozy but charming and the buffet was delicious. We had dinner one night during our visit and the perch was delicious, and our service was very friendly and made our meal very enjoyable. Five stars!

This hotel is really nice and gorgeous.. I loved everything about it... room is spacious and comfortable with so many facilities..the service is great ..staffs are super friendly and helpful.. Anna the front desk lady was cute and helpful and explained everything to us within arrival..Adil in the restaurant was helpful and willing to serve us with a smile..Yasin the doorman and the other guys made our stay as easy and pleasant as we expected..thank you guys.

酒店很有歷史感，位置正對的日內瓦湖，相對於差不多位置的五星酒店，這家的價格還算有點優勢，服務人員也很nice，早餐平時6點30就開始了。入住的是高級房，入住時可以加錢可以換到能看到湖景的房間，旅遊嘛一般都是在外麪逛，所以湖景還是出去看吧。據說這個酒店，在洛桑也有一家，可以再去試試，總體感覺很不錯

我們預定了30生日生日，在這裏為我的伴侶在這裏住了2晚，預訂非常簡單，與接待人員溝通以安排房間內的氣球非常順暢。該酒店非常靠近車站（步行10分鐘），並一路標明路標。 接待處非常友好和信息豐富，他們給了我們一張地圖，並提供了我們住宿所需的所有信息。 房間很漂亮而且很乾凈，到達時甚至在床上還有氣球和巧克力，這讓我的伴侶感到驚訝。我們房間裏唯一的問題是每次使用淋浴時，淋浴會淹沒地板，洗手池上的塞子在最後一天早上也被堵住了。 該酒店地理位置優越，步行幾分鐘即可到達湖濱，而步行不遠即可到達餐廳，肯定會再次入住這裏。

On the plus side, the hotel's location in Geneva's golden triangle is an absolute must to enjoy the old town and the lake's left bank. The surroundings are rather chic, the restaurant/bar/lounge that is one serious social hot spot, and the common areas make a promise that the hotel fails to deliver. Decoration is always a subjective matter, but here, the choice bothered me and the wallpapers with enchanted forest motifs do not help you feel good in rooms that are cold, angular, and ultimately quite uncomfortable. Although the dinner at the bar was remarkable, the breakfast is well average in this category. Add to this feeling of uncomfort a staff that does obviously not care and... and you leave the place with very serious doubts on the seriousness of a management that prides itself to offer ”more than a hotel, a memorable experience”. Going back to the basics of hospitality could help. A lot.

Upon arrival, the front desk guy was constantly on the phone so we struggled to get the necessary details, but finally did and were able to store our bags, which appeared very secure. When we came back to check in, the front desk printed our room key for the wrong room. We literally walked in on an occupied room, which was uncomfortable. They blamed it on the keycard printer, which was also struggling with a few others checking in around the same time. They had to reprint pretty much everyone’s keys. Other reviews seem to indicate similar issues. Once we finally got our correct room, things were mostly okay. We couldn’t seem to find a way to keep the air conditioning running but turn off the lights. So the room got a bit warm overnight, especially with just a duvet cover. Couldn’t open the windows since there appears to be a club/bar immediately across the way that had loud music until past midnight which was already loud enough through the closed windows. We also visited the bar, and while looking at the menu at the corner of the bar, the bartender rather abruptly told us to sit at a table and someone would come by. So we did, but after awhile of waiting and no one coming, I ended up just going back to the bar and awkwardly ordering there. Never been to a bar where you couldn’t really sit at it or order there. As others recommend, definitely don’t show your free drink passes (from skipping room cleaning) until after you’ve ordered and leaving since they’ll not treat you as well. Room overall and hotel were fine, but could’ve certainly been better and expected a bit more. Location was great though! Felt like a reasonable walk whenever we wanted to go, many shops and restaurants around, and could easily reach a tram/bus stop to go further.

酒店很乾凈，應該是新裝修的。樓道內的超現實主義人像雕塑有點嚇人，每次進出總感覺有個人站在那裡。地理位置也很好，出門過橋就是名品街。酒店旁邊就是STARBUCKS。入住要求2張單人牀，雖然是拼在一起的，不影響使用。前台每天有免費蘋果，二樓有香蕉和橙子。唯一小缺憾是，自帶的毛巾被HOUSEKEEPING收走了，也去前台投訴了，衹是口頭抱歉，說要第二天還給我，離店時也沒有還給我。歐洲人的隨意、大條，此時可見一斑。

Adgio Mont-Blanc位於火車站和湖之間,非常優越。建築(抱歉!🫣)真的很醜,但幸運的是裏面沒那麼差。我讀了她以前的顧客對10月份開始的裝修的評論,裝修還在進行,沒有早餐室,走廊裏露着管道。在我們4-night的入住期間,我們沒有看到或聽到任何工人做我想他們並不着急。。我們被微笑的工作人員親切地給了一間7樓帶陽台的房間,那裏可以看到湖景和阿爾卑斯山的美景。這使我們的住宿非常愉快。我們訂了這家酒店,因爲它有一個小廚房,知道日內瓦真的是貴重的城市,我們在公寓裏做飯。而且那工作得很好!小廚房的用具足夠了。空調效率不高,所以在炎熱的日子裏公寓可能變得太暖和了。整晚都打開陽台門很棒,儘管這意味着酒店前方的廣場噪音,一些人在晚上在那裏玩得很開心。牀很舒適,浴室功能雖然小。房間有Nespresso機,膠囊只能在前台購買每件1Fr。我會給這個ApartHotel3.5星星。
