Lys Homestay is an absolute gem. This is the second time we have stayed there and our second visit was every bit as wonderful as our first. It is run by a lovely family who do everything they can to make you feel at home. The rooms are immaculate and the location perfect. It is close to what would be considered the heart of the town but on a quiet street far enough away from the lake front square that you avoid the noise of the honking traffic. On our last visit the weather was chilly but our AC converted to a heater so we were toasty warm. The breakfast was comparable to all our Vietnamese breakfasts; coffee, tea, juices, eggs, pancakes, fruit etc. If motor bikes and bicycles are your preferred mode of transportation they have plenty of both and just received a batch of brand new bicycles the day before we left. What a great experience for the price we paid! The hosts were always at our service and ready to assist with any request. Once, we had an issue with an inland flight, and the gentleman at the reception promptly made a call to the airport, resolving the problem for us in Vietnamese! The property is incredibly clean and offers a fantastic pool with comfortable loungers, a billiard table, complimentary bicycles, affordable scooter rentals, and an excellent restaurant! During our stay, my girlfriend and I occupied a double room (Room 10) on the top floor. The room couldn't have been better! It was consistently clean! If you're looking for exceptional value for your money, there's no better choice in Ninh Binh than this accommodation! Thank you for the lovely time; we would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Limestone View. The hosts Dzung and Dep were very kind and helpful. The room was large and clean, wifi provided and a great fresh cooked breakfast each morning with fresh fruit and juice and Vietnamese coffee. Dzung made sure our family was very well looked after, helping with all aspects of our time in Ninh Binh. We were able to use bikes and rode to all tourist locations with Dzung’s helpful map and guidance. Dzung organised private transfers for us which were very comfortable and reasonably priced. There is a roof top pool which would be good in summer (but the weather was too cold to swim in December). We would recommend staying here!

Wij zijn er 10 dagen geweest. Greenland Homestay ligt heel centraal t.o.v. de verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Er zijn gratis fietsen beschikbaar. De hygiëne is uitstekend, de gastheer en gastvrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Alex, de gastheer, heeft ons vervoer vanaf Halong Bay naar hem toe en het vervoer terug naar Hanoi Airport perfect en goedkoop geregeld. Alles was top.
