很好的一家酒店。首先是地段很不錯，距離interlaken ost站和碼頭步行都是5分鐘，可以很方便遊玩少女峯和湖。當時是深夜到的，早上起來發現窗外景色絕美，霧氣繚繞下的雪山森林美景十分驚艷。室內比較老舊但不臟，還有一個迷你吧枱，裏面有八九瓶當地特色的酒水飲料，入住兩天以上如果不換被子和洗浴用品的話可以免費吃喝迷你吧枱裏的所有東西。酒店的餐廳也很棒，早餐除了自助餐外還能點咖啡和別的菜，都是包在早餐費用裏。晚餐也不錯，其中的海鮮湯很驚艷，和牛的肉質一看就很好，還送了一盤不同口味的芝士給我們嘗。 總的來説這家酒店的服務配得上這樣的價格。很舒適的四天。

📍酒店距離Interlaken OST車站走路15分鐘的距離，還是挺方便的，適合走路旅行的朋友們。 🏨酒店有100多年的歷史，算是一家很有底藴的酒店。到門口後侍應會幫你拿行李然後送到房間。前台在check in的時候也很有耐心，幫你介紹酒店設施並且會親自帶你去房間。 房間很不錯，超級大，酒店雖然歷史很久但是不破舊，很舒適也很現代化。體驗非常不錯！😃 如果你有計畫體驗paragliding 🪂，酒店門口的草坪「圖二裡面的大草坪」就是滑翔傘的著陸點，所以從天上下來過後過馬路就可以回酒店休息，無敵方便！

雖然不是大品牌連鎖 但是很喜歡這家酒店 來因特拉肯住這裏覺得有驚喜 首先地理位置非常好 位於兩個火車站之間 離商業區很近 走出去就是 完全步行距離 門口還是滑翔傘降落地 每天裸眼看他們跳傘🪂 哈哈 附近好吃的餐廳好多啊 離火車東站很近 步行大概八分鐘 完全無需打車 早餐餐廳雖然衹有一位阿姨在招待 但她人超級有禮貌超級nice 咖啡喝完了會問你是否還需要再幫你做 早餐選擇不多但是該有的都有 前台也都很親切 就是很棒的服務很好的體驗 哦 對了 除了房間地板有吱吱嘎嘎的聲音 不過住了幾天也就習慣了 😂

Stayed 4 nights in a junior suite at the Royal St George’s in Interlaken. Modern decor room with a seating area + two seater couch. Furniture shows some wear but overall comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious with standing shower stall and a separate bath. Breakfast spread was decent. Service staff were earnest but not sufficiently trained. We arrived at 630am for the start of breakfast and the service staff said they were expecting a large group that morning and insisted we could only be seated at a section without windows. As a paying guest, I did not appreciate my business was deprioritized for group travelers. As it turned out, when I left at 7am, no groups in sight as yet. Reception and check in staff were brilliant and special mention to Sebastian who was helpful with information on the area including dinner reservations, arranged our speedy check in and check out. He’s the top employee. Hotel location is a brisk 5mins walk to Interlaken Ost or 10mins stroll. Will return.

中心位置。離因特拉肯Ost火車站走路10分鐘，邊上餐廳超市都很多。 此次瑞士之行訂的都是有山羊標誌的酒店，類似酒店評星一樣的標準吧。和其他家酒店相比，房間太小，兩個行李箱攤開就幾乎全滿了。衞生間倒是還不錯。房間的其中一堵牆剝離，不懂為什麼沒有處理，這算是我這趟行程目前最差的房間了。配套還不錯，屬於麻雀雖小 五臟俱全那種。Wi-Fi沒能連上。 其餘都好，不管員工服務還是早餐，都很滿意。適合旅遊短期住宿。

酒店的位置不錯，離東站不遠，走路七八分鐘吧。為了節約，我們訂的五樓，衹能說這個五樓比其他樓層的環境差的不止一點半點，又小又悶，如果有錢的話還是住好點的吧，一兩千一晚，我也是醉了。早餐不錯。

酒店在interlaken ost五分鐘路程的地方，位置不錯，早餐中規中矩，品種較少。酒店隔壁有兩個餐廳，一個瑞士本地菜，一個漢堡店，味道都不錯，正常。火車站一出來的地方有一家中國菜，還不錯，谷歌地圖搜靠近火車站最近的那個就是了。房間麪積較小，但是能接受，畢竟是老酒店了，前台有中文服務，比較方便。酒店11點之後前台就下班了，如果太晚到的最好聯繫一下酒店。

Excellent, clean and convenient hotel. Rooms were great with an excellent view from the balcony. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were all kind and helpful. Handy bus stop right outside. It was a little surprising that it is attached to a care home but it is done so well, if anything it felt reassuring. Better than being next to a nightclub!

公寓位於因特拉肯購物街的中心。有幾家品牌直銷店，價格實惠。公寓有一張雙人床和一張雙層床，非常適合 4 口之家，還有一個小廚房，我們在那裡做了幾個晚上的飯，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。但是加熱器有時會打開和關閉，所以有時我們會感到有點冷，但現在是 11 月，所以我們可以控制寒冷。缺點是我們的房間在四樓，所以提行李有點瘋狂😁

Beware On booking this hotel I was looking for something pretty within the Interlaken area for myself and my daughter. I am a seasoned traveller with a lot of experience and have stayed in many hotels ranging from 3* to 5*. As long as the property is clean, functional and provides all the things noted or that I’ve paid for, I’m happy. I have got to say that this is the worst hotel I have ever been to and the customer service is absolutely shocking. First of all, when I arrived I had to take a second look at the picture of the hotel I had because it looked nothing like the one advertised. Pictured is a pretty building with what looks like a little cafe outside with pretty umbrellas. The hotel is down a little side street and underneath there is no cafe but two Indian restaurants. The signage says Tandoori restaurant and these signs are mysteriously missing from the pictures. Now, being from the UK I particularly enjoy Indian food but I do not want to sleep above two noisy restaurants and when I went into the hotel the smell of Indian food permeated all the way through the building and into our bedroom which was quite nauseating. Through the hotel, it was evident that cleaning is not a priority. In fact, I wonder if the carpet has ever been hoovered at all. There were bits of debris everywhere. Shopping trolleys littered hallways along with empty alcohol bottles that had not been removed or cleaned away. Inside the room it looked nothing like the pictures online and the floor was dirty, there was a stain on the bedding sheets and sticky residue on the doors. In the bathroom dirty toilet roll had been shoved through the lock hole and the bottom of the shower curtain was black, mouldy and thoroughly disgusting. How the owners can get away with advertising this on a well-known and trusted site is beyond me and how it has got 3 stars is baffling. I immediately contacted booking.com and sent the pictures. They spoke to a lady on the desk who I went to see and requested a refund. The receptionist said she would have to speak to the manager. I came back half an hour later to find that the manager refused to give me a refund and there was nothing they could do. Basically, they don’t care. I went through the reviews and found I’m not on my own. I spent the rest of the night trying to find another hotel as I was not prepared to stay in that state. I found another 3* hotel which was wonderful, less money and ten times better than Hotel Toscana. I hope that nobody has to go through what I did and lose all their money on this dreadful hotel. The owners do not care at all and are basically ripping people off. I lost £1500 for 6 days. I am taking this further as I do not think it is morally right to have this place advertised with false pictures and classed as a 3-star hotel given how dirty and badly run it is and for the prices, they are charging.
