— Не понравилось абсолютно все! 1. Отель не соответствует описанию. 2. Бюджетные номера - это номера в подвале, без окон, но в описании это нигде не указывается. 3. Завтрак - континентальный, очень скромный - это мягко сказано, каждый день одно и тоже, нечего было кушать, подавали ”вчерашние”, не свежие омлеты, омлеты - в их понимании - это просто жаренное яйцо. 4. Экскурсии через них не стоит брать, очень дорого, трансфер тоже самое. 5. Официантка Эсма ( Esma)👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻- очень грубая и неприветливая, на просьбы не реагирует, делает вид, что не слышит, нужно 2-3 раза повторить, чтобы принесли заказ, обсуждает гостей за их спиной, неприятный момент👎🏻 6. Вода в душевой очень плохо проходит, невозможно нормально помыться, просили исправить, но так и ничего не сделали. 7. Ещё при отъезде настоятельно просят поставить хорошую оценку. + 1. Спасибо работнику - официанту и вообще универсальному сотруднику Роджхату (Rojhat)👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻С первых дней старался помочь по всем вопросам, очень отзывчивый, отличный сотрудник💯 2. Также спасибо работнику - парню, который занимается клинингом👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, в его смену уборка была нормальной и ванные принадлежности предоставлялись полностью, как положено на 2 персон.

This hotel is one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed in. The location was great, the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff could not do enough to help. All of the staff were lovely from the reception staff to the chefs who cooked whatever we requested, even if it was not on the menu. A special mention to Turan, Muracettin and Nisa. You all made our trip to Istanbul very special and we wish you all the best.

You pretty much get what you paid for, rooms are alright, breakfast is alright, staff are mostly kind, pool is small and you only really want to go there to relax instead of doing any kind of serious swimming, the inside looks like the fricking backrooms lol, the location is probably the best aspect of this hotel, while sleeping can be a little difficult if music is loud nearby unless you're a deep sleeper, you've got a lot of shops and services nearby, pretty much all you'd need for a trip there. Also, popular locations like the Blue Mosquee or AyaSofia (if that's spelled correctly) are just a walking distance away from the hotel which is nice. Overall, of you plan on mostly going outside and doing visits around istanbul during your trip, I would recommend this hotel, but if you're going to spend a long time inside it, I'd say there are better options out there.

The staff was nice. If you’re in Istanbul for shopping then you’ll like this hotel because it’s near many stores, restaurants and the Grand Bazaar. They offer same day Covid test and you can make a taxi reservation to the airport 4 hours prior.

Hotel is in a good location 15 minutes walk to major tourist sites. First room they put us in was next to the lift so everytime the lift moved it felt and sounded like an earthquake. They moved us immediately which was good to a bigger room. The internet in this hotel is non existent it only barely works in the reception. I complained several times and a technician was sent but it did not improve. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeper/maid was very good and very polite. Towels looked like they had not been changed since the 1980s all falling apart. Water was cold unless u left it on for 5 minutes to worm up and water pressure was poor. There was no breakfast available for the time we were there we were told to go to the next hotel. The reception staff did not speak good English and were rude and not listening to what I was saying, telling me ”you are wrong” when I was clearly right, he was just talking about something else. The only saving grace for this hotel was the porters especially sabrt who was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the local area and could bot have helped us more. I suggest to the management if they are reading this that they put the porters on reception and the receptionist as porters. The porters speak good English and have manners and know how to speak to people. If it had not been for Sabrt then this would have been a complete disaster. 在酒店住了幾天,參觀伊斯坦布爾,所有工作人員都非常友好和溝通。我們歡迎任何類型的問題,並用英語回答。我們住的房間真的很好,牀很舒服,房間的佈局很棒,所以感覺挺寬敞。浴室也挺大的。

位置很棒，去到景點走路距離或者搭乘輕軌地鐵，酒店本身是很有趣的歷史建築，比起住宿本身，服務和體驗更讓人眼前一亮，非常印象深刻的是住客免費體驗的spa服務，包括特色的土耳其浴場、桑拿和泳池，另外，酒店的自助餐早餐質量和種類非常不錯，值得嘗試。推薦給想要在老城住宿的旅客。
