庫克卡克海灘旅館

唯一的缺點應該就是比較遠了，普吉機場出發到酒店得1.5個小時，而且普吉打車是真的不便宜，酒店能提供接送機服務，但得提前3天預定，價格還是比較貴的，印象當中單程收費軟妹幣300塊。景色是真的好，有海灘，有灘涂，游泳池也有草坪，生態非常好，畢竟交通不便嘛，比較適合泡酒店，酒店的APP也不錯，都不用打電話，直接在APP上提交服務需求就行，也能在APP上直接諮詢酒店的客服。早餐蠻好的，但是坐外麪的話要當心酒店的鳥，鳥會趁你不注意的時候偷吃哦🙄真的很氣!

我與妻子及兩名分別3歲及5歲的女兒於2015-7-18在蔻立JW萬豪度假酒店住了3晚，酒店位於蔻立沙灘旁環境優美，雖然位置離開市中心有5分鐘的車程比較遠但酒店附近有一間西餐廳及一間本地餐廳以及一便利店都很方便，如是自己駕車旅遊就不是問題了，度假酒店很大種滿了很多花草樹林非常優美，有一個環繞整個度假酒店的泳池我兩個女兒玩得很開心，此外酒店有一個kid club內有玩具小童遊樂設施以及有不同的活動可以給小孩參与，我們住在一樓的房間有一個大露台望園林景色，房間泰式設計有一張大床及一張大梳化可當作睡床，我女兒就是睡在此梳化，不用另外加床，房間浴室很大有浴缸浸浴及蓮蓬花灑淋浴設施水壓很大很舒適，酒店的員工親切友善樂於幫助客人，此渡假酒店令我最滿意的是其自助早餐，地點在沙灘旁的餐廳每天朝早望着美麗的沙灘海景食早餐十分享受，食物方面選擇豐富有煙三文魚、鮮渣果汁、日式壽司、沙律、中式點心、泰式粉麪等不能盡錄。總括而言酒店在位置、環境、服務各方面都很好我到蔻立會再次到此酒店住的。

Emplacement à 10’ en voiture du centre (assuré gratuitement par les shuttles de l’hôtel). Le petit déjeuner inclus est un délice, le choix est varié et frais. Les restaurants sont bons mais cher. Un peu déçu du restaurant asiatique… La piscine très bien entretenu ainsi que les chambres avec jacuzzi. La propreté de la plage est à revoir… c’est dommage Le service est superbe, un hôtel de luxe et intimiste !

我們剛搬家,動機是一晚,我們在酒店住過的最差的一晚如下。昨晚和今天早上因爲這家酒店的牆壁太薄了,我的孩子們遭受了幾個小時的的性哭聲,吟和皮膚的耳光,牀砰砰聲和聲持續了幾個小時直到昨晚1.30am,然後再一次這樣早上9點,我們又醒來了。我9歲的女兒對此感到很不舒服,她淚流滿面,很困惑牆壁太薄了,你可以聽到親密的細節,皮膚拍打着,呼吸沉重,性談話,讓我的孩子們感到尷尬和恐懼,我們可以通過薄薄的牆壁聽到所有的聲音。這是非常尷尬,非常不舒服和不愉快的經歷。就在昨天晚上1.30那停了一樣,吵鬧的一家人回到對面的房間,大聲說話,寶寶哭着,他們把電視放成音量-又來了,因爲牆這麼薄,根本逃不掉。最後,我們設法入睡,直到凌晨4點被嬰兒尖叫聲吵醒。我們在接待處試圖和兩個不同的人談論此事,但他們只是聳聳肩,沒有提出搬房間或退款。我們多次嘗試用agoda籌集到它,但他們不感興趣,只是在我們的下一次預訂中向我提供了40英鎊的信用,在我們提前離開酒店時,仍然向我們收取455英鎊的費用,並且說這是酒店的政策,儘管我們支付了agoda我兒子加牀(每天13英鎊)簡直太難了,簡直就像一塊水泥地,毯子上有幾個洞。這是一個可怕的夜晚,因爲我們被困在房間裏,在吵鬧的性愛和尖叫的嬰兒之間。我知道這些事情是私下進行的,但是牆壁太薄了,你不能擺脫隔壁發生的事情,孩子們(或者大人!)不應該受到別人親密的性噪音的影響。這意味着假期開始時經歷的不愉快,感覺更像是折磨而不是假期,我無法讓我的孩子再次呆在那種環境中(當然,任何正派的父母都會同意我的意見?)。我們誰也不想回到那家酒店,因爲應該私人的東西在那家酒店裏不能私人,因爲牆壁顯然很薄。除此之外,這家酒店的狀態很差,需要整修整。房間很暗,很昏暗,牀墊就像一塊堅實的木板。淋浴很差,整個浴室都溼透了,地板就像溜冰場。游泳池裏有很多化學物質,游泳半小時後,我的喉嚨完全乾了,我吞嚥困難,我的兒子們也一樣(我們以前從來沒有過這樣的游泳池)我們離開游泳池後,喉嚨就很好。不要讓自己受

We travelled with 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids 8-12) and stayed for 2 weeks. This was our second visit to Mai Khao Lak and we were equally as happy. Stayed in the top section (pool access jacuzzi suite). Modern, clean room with a separate living room, which doubles as a kid's room. Walk off the balcony into private spa area which joins massive swimming pool. There are no shortage of wet options with 5 pools from the beachfront area to the peaceful adults only pool area at the top of the resort. Loads of choices for bars and food. The new Thai restaurant by the beach is very comfortable with great food. At the kids pool area there is another kitchen and bar with great lunch options. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is an hourly free shuttle bus from reception to town which is convenient, otherwise walk to the beachfront and you can get a tuk tuk (if you order through reception it will cost more!). Breakfast buffet is easy to navigate, with a huge selection of coffee / tea, fresh fruits / yoghurts, cooked food, cereal, pastries, cakes and sweets, loads of bread choices and cold cuts & cheeses. This was a big highlight for the kids and great way for us to all gather and catch up to start the day together. The beach and ocean are very nice, and the many options of beachfront bars, restaurants, laundry services and massage places are all within a 1-5 minute walk from the resort. We visited most of these during our stay and never had a bad experience. Kids club is awesome with plenty of fun and varied activities to engage the kids. If I had to fault something - the internet inside our room was poor, but in most other areas of the resort it was fine. So the 2 big questions... would we go back (a third time)?
