The hotel is very clean which I appreciate. The bed is also comfortable. However, I can see some black stains on the bed sheets, hidden from view. The room is a triple room, marketed as one queen size bed and 1 single bed. However, the ”queen size” bed is more of a double bed instead of queen size. In addition, I can see the ceiling, especially around aircon ducts inside and outside hotel room, is starting to mold badly. Management should do something about this. Breakfast is very poor with similar offering on a daily basis. Mostly carbs without much real protein or vegetables. Response to service request was also slow. After checking in, I called housekeeping to complain about the safety box. After 30 mins, I called again and the person who answered seems clueless. Only after another 60 mins did I receive their response. I think waiting 90 mins is unacceptable!
The location is good and lots of parking space for the guests. The room is old and has a bit unpleasant smell. However because the prices are so reasonable for the overall accommodation these can be overlooked.
Hotel staff ws friendly. Hotel room is quite big, suitable & comfortable for a family of 4 to 6 something. Cause the bed is quite big also, 1 bed would be provided 4 pillows. So there’s total 8 pillows. There’s no hot water heater for shower 😅, I don’t know y it’s not functioning or haven’t been serviced yet, but ya there’s no hot water for showering. Hairdryer r provided & functioning as well. Not provided for breakfast. Overall it’s quite good for temporary accommodation. Overall 3/5 rates. Stay for business trip. Daily room cleaning can improve, as the cleaning not so good, still found the room dirty after cleaning. Also the room so cool even after close AC… need logic AI for AC… freezing cold
During check in it coincided with a big group. Nobody manages the queue and my ageing parents had to wait for everyone else to check in first before our turn. The receptionist did not specify the floor where my parents, only found out later they put us at different floors, and refused to change room to the same floor for us. We're staying for 4 nights. Staff attitude is bad. Had to validate room keys everyday (receptionist never told us) and the key can only access to the room floor so created a lot of inconvenience to us. Not to mention the lift broke down on the first day with someone trapped inside and the hotel staff didn't seem to have any sense or urgency to resolve the issue. Terrible hotel with terrible front desk. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.
