A boutique hôtel. The location is excellent. Friendly staff. Rooms are OK, not great and the restaurant IMO is overrated and too provincial. But as I said, the staff is excellent, they were very accommodating and let me have a late checkout with no problem. I would love to see an upgrade of the terrace and dining area, give the chef more leeway with less chi-chi. It’s a nice place that just needs some fine tuning. Good wine list, breakfast to your room included.

Ωραιο ξενοδοχειο, ιδιαιτερη αρχιτεκτονικη, μεγαλο δωματιο, η τουαλετα ξεχωριστη απο μπανιερα και νιπτηρα, 10 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο την παλια πολη, δυνατοτητα παρκινγκ εξω γυρω απο το ξενοδοχειο, η εσωτερικη πισινα μικροτερη απ´ο,τι φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες και μυριζει υπερβολικα εντονα ο χωρος των spa χλωριο μεχρι και στους διαδρομους εκτος spa, γι’αυτο και δεν τη χρησιμοποιησαμε. Ακριβη η τιμη του δωματιου χωρις να περιλαμβανει πρωινο, πρωινο μετριο προς καλο, οχι τεραστια ποικιλια.

位置很好，就在弗朗的火車站旁邊，步行不到5分鐘。走路到歐洲火車站也就10多分鐘。從酒店到老城中心也就不到10分鐘。酒店門口有家樂福、有中餐館、西餐館。吃飯比較方便。酒店比較古老，比較乾淨，但是房間很小，歐洲酒店都是這樣的。

由於火車罷工，我們在最後一刻需要救援時，我們在這裡住了一晚。通常乾淨、舒適的宜必思酒店，總是適合在城市短暫休息，但避開 105 號房間，wifi 令人震驚（宜必思一般都有很好的 wifi，因為我住過幾次），我稱它為小牢房，因為它是唯一的窗戶在天花板上不到一英尺長，如果我住了超過一晚，我會要求換一個新房間。自然光很差。但它乾淨舒適，一般宜必思標準，適合短暫停留。它在 Westfield 購物中心的馬路對面，如果你穿過購物中心，從車站步行更容易，谷歌地圖帶我們走了很長的路。這是一個很好的 10/15 分鐘步行距離市中心，漂亮的聖誕市場，步行距離內沒有餐館，除非你喜歡 Westfield 的美食廣場。工作人員很友好。我的抱怨是簽到！我們與一個大型教練派對同時到達，他的導遊做了他所有的大約。 50 位客人聚集在小登記區周圍，同時他喊出他們的名字並分發他們的鑰匙！他們在後面有一個巨大的座位區，我不知道為什麼導遊沒有把他的 50 位客人搬到那個區域，因為他喊出了每個人的名字並遞給他們鑰匙。我們不得不編織所有這些客人，以便在他的叫喊聲中辦理入住手續。

The hotel is excellently located opposite the main train station where the Eurostar arrived. The area was very quiet and also within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed to see so we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The lobby of the hotel is cosy and very welcoming and the people at reception were friendly and very accommodating. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

酒店的臥室房間很棒，早餐也很棒。可以留行李箱，以免在我逗留前後把它放在里爾周圍。辦理入住手續後，我被發現去往房間的電梯，但未提供任何指導。酒吧很小，而且如果您喜歡威士忌，則儲備充足-我不喜歡-否則選擇不多。 離開後，我的賬單超出了預期，但付了賬。後來我意識到他們的錯誤（我已經取消了一個房間，但他們仍然向我收取兩間房間的費用，而不是按照booking.com的確認）。我向接待處解釋了這一點，他們很樂意給我退款，或者我應該說試試看。他們再次向我收費而不是退款。他們堅持認為，儘管我的銀行應用程序顯示了其他問題，但我仍將獲得信貸。迄今為止，在250個住宿期間已支付了將近750歐元。該酒店拒絕受理此案。值得慶幸的是，巴克萊欺詐團隊對此案進行了調查。 總結非常不錯的酒店，但要小心！ ！

The location of this hotel is great. You are literally just round the corner from Le Grande Place and only about 9 minutes’ walk from the Euralille station. The place is clean and rather small. Breakfast is included in the price, which is a bonus. Breakfast is a typical continental style with ham, cheeses, pastries, eggs, etc. it was perfectly fine. Six of us stayed here in six rooms over the weekend and found it a great base from which to explore the city. It was also a reasonable price and the staff were friendly and spoke English. There were two downsides (nowhere is perfect). Firstly, the heating in my room was very erratic. When we arrived it was 1C outside and my room was cold. I turned up the electronic control to 24C but it did absolutely nothing at all. Next morning at breakfast I reported this. 10 mins later I was told it had been checked and was working perfectly. I was curious. When I got back to my room I found the heating was still not working. The room was cold and even turning the thermostat to 28C produced no warm air from the grille whatsoever (even after waiting 20 mins). I therefore turned the thermostat down to 19C and went out for the day. When I got back I could see that somebody had turned the thermostat up to 27C and the room was exceptionally warm. I turned it down to 19C. The temperature dropped, and dropped until the room was quite cold again. Nothing I did could turn that heating back on. So I gave up. The second downside? The toilet paper in the bathroom was ridiculously small. Each square being a little over the size of a postage stamp. Come on Ibis. Install some proper toilet paper like people use at home. Apart from these two downsides, I would stay here again. My colleagues, who didn’t have problems with their heating, but who also commented on the toilet paper, would agree.

如果你想去里爾,不要在這裏預訂,你永遠不會成功!!我們預訂了這家酒店在2022年5月,在2023年9月和10月兩次旅行,以參加橄欖球世界盃,提前很好,價格優惠。在那之後,我們意識到這家酒店實際上是一個混亂,欺詐,流氓交易者服裝。他們首先取消了我們的10月預訂,聲稱他們不再擁有公寓(?)。我們預訂了五間,他們提供了兩個單人間作爲替代.....?!***********幾乎沒有什麼幫助,我們花了1000英鎊多買了替代住宿,很明顯,這是有限的,現在非常昂貴。曾經是令人沮喪的.....他們肯定不會再這樣做了....他們現在已經取消了我們9月份的預訂,聲稱裝修工作不會完成。誰在世界盃中期裝修他們的酒店....所以他們取消了預訂,***********在里爾外提供了一個牀位工作室作爲“合適”的替代方案........五個成年人🤦🏼!無能,欺詐,小偷。不要預訂,他們會超額預訂並取消你,讓你拿起標籤。

Fantastic, central location. Convenient for the stations, sights, shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely staff, clean rooms. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because the shower head tended to lean exhaustedly against the wall. Good power and temperature though. We were there for the England rugby match and despite the pressure on availablity the room rate was reasonable. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Stayed for a couple of nights in Calm Appart Hotel to be able to quickly move around to places by foot. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and a big shopping mall as well as many restaurants. Despite the occasional noise in the streets, it was very easy to ignore it by just closing the windows—isolation seemed to be on point. Another convenience was the parking space in a secured, covered building next to the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only point for improvement would be to have (third) beds that are not on wheels, because it was not very difficult to move the bed despite the wheels' brakes. Our stay was nonetheless a very good experience.
