位置絕對棒。在背景中擁有美麗的海洋早餐是最好的。房間非常寬敞乾淨。工作人員絕對棒極了。我唯一的建議是把一些樓梯放在後池,這樣你就可以更容易進出!很棒的住宿!

Loveliest place in the Bali / Lombok area. ( it’s on Lombok close to the Gili’s) Stunning. Huge piece of land with only a small number of rooms. Nice long sandy beach water calm when I was there. Filled with traditional art. Great food. Kinda perfect in general But the best part is the lovely people who work there. They know your name by the time you arrive. Dietary restrictions. And they do their jobs well. But most of all they are incredibly kind and genuine. Special nods to Mr Agus and Mr Ardian. And the owner was there when I was there. And she is lovely as well

Hotel nuevo, espectacular villas grandes con vistas increíbles y piscina privada. Colchon, sofá y amacas muy cómodas. De sueño. Servicio excelente y comida rica, la zona es muy tranquila pero abajo hay una parada de taxis y en 5 minutos estás en el centro de Sengigi. El masaje en el Spa fue excelente. Lo menos agradable no tiene que ver con el hotel, sino que en la misma colina hay una mezquita muy activa con altavoces, no solo se oye la música de la hora de rezos desde las 4am (que tiene encanto) sino que se escuchan las oraciones y cantar durante horas y horas. Es difícil descansar y relaj**** así.

I very much warn AGAINST booking at this hotel and want to share my experience with Selong Selo on here to spare others the nightmare we experienced: This hotel essentially took our money and made it impossible to get a refund or rebooking. We had booked a stay at Selong Selo for 2020 - unfortunately Indonesia stopped tourism entries due to Covid and we were stuck discussing back and forth with the hotel, about what to do with our reservation. The first thing we realized was that communication with this hotel is extremely slow and difficult, since very single time someone new responded in what I would deem pretty bad English. Since 2020 we have sent countless emails (many left unanswered) and two years later are yet to get a refund or rebooking for our prepaid reservation of 1.500€. In this time Selong Selo staff has given us the hardest time I have ever experienced with any hotel during Covid: They set absurd deadlines for rebookings (essentially asking us to travel when there were no flights to Indonesia), downgraded the villa category we booked and then took days off our booking in case we rebooked. To be honest we don’t really see how we will get our money back and all this feels like a scam through and through. My verdict is this: Should something go wrong, you are stuck with this hotel and will lose your money. There are plenty of professional hotels in Lombok, so steer clear of Selong Selo!
