Een van de comfortabelste hotels waar we hebben verbleven in Sulawesi. Goede bedden, airco, hete douche, mooi afgewerkt (hotel was net gerenoveerd) en vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. We waren op doorreis en moesten daardoor heel vroeg in de ochtend alweer weg, dat was eigenlijk jammer. Als we weer in Manado zijn verblijven we hier zeker weer!

We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren
