房間和裝飾一般都沒什麼可說的。屋頂上有景色和游泳池絕對是高貴的,很快,工作人員非常小心,小心,只有負點,衛生間有點失望,設施老了,不太好裝飾和照明,不值 spa,缺少,但是衛生間的工作人員是超級頂級,他們做的最棒的按摩。價格相對, 這是尼斯最棒的五星級!而且,沒有在海邊,但是我們還是不遠走10分鐘,行程很,真的被酒店最好的地補了。

Loved the view from the room and rooftop! Me and my bf stayed for 3 nights last week. Was amazing! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The most enjoyable part was the view while we were having breakfast at the top floor. Breakfast buffet was ok and they serving dinner in the same room as well.

This is one of my favorite Hyatt properties. As Globalists, we were met by the GM after check in and upgraded to a Regency Suite with a separate dining/living room and a large terrace with a bistro table and chaise. The entire staff is very friendly, often addressing us by name. Our concierge Brice was very helpful! We’ve enjoyed a bountiful breakfast buffet each day during our weeklong stay. You could not ask for a better location on the Cote d’Azure. The old city is a 5-minute walk away. The Cezanne and Matisse Museums are must-sees. Hundreds of restaurants and shops are close by. Delta offers a seasonal direct flight to Nice from JFK. We hope to return someday.

酒店地理位置很好，出門左轉再左轉就是加波力廣場，廣場邊有大超市，周邊有許多餐廳，不遠就是尼斯老城。早餐是典型的宜必思風格，還可以。但房間不能加牀。設施齊全，房間整潔乾淨。停車場進出不是很方便，通道狹窄，車位挪車蠻費勁。我開的車比較大，不太方便。另外停車費也要加城市稅。比較溫馨的是大堂有開水和免費的點心供應。雖然沒吃點心，但泡了幾次茶。特別適合中國人。👍

My wife and I are on our honeymoon, during which we are staying in many places in France and Italy. We were very impressed with the reception we received by the woman at the front desk, and everyone has been incredibly nice to us. This is a big surprise as people have generally been very rude to us during this trip so far. We love the Matisse art on the walls of the staircase and the room is decorated beautifully. Unfortunately after settling into the room, we realized the air conditioner was not operational and the water pressure in the shower was so low that we couldn’t have proper showers. We tried to get past these issues but the room became way too hot overnight and we were unable to get a good sleep. The next morning we received an email from the hotel asking how our stay was going. I mentioned these issues and they called our room within 15 minutes and advised us they would upgrade us in the next hour to a superior room. This was a much better resolution than we expected and we are incredibly pleased. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Nice, and to anyone who is hoping to be treated as a paying customer should be treated (unfortunately not a luxury you will find throughout most of France). The rooms also have fridges, which is not something we’ve seen yet during our trip. This is really helpful as we prefer to bring groceries back to our room instead of significantly overpaying at restaurants. The deal they have with the parking lot nearby is great as well, since every place we’ve been thus far has completely shaken us down for parking. The views of the cathedral next door are beautiful too. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Highly recommended!

這個地方堪稱是一顆寶石，位置很好，價格合理。我們要了一間特權客房，給了我們一個陽台，可以看到尼斯市屋頂的美麗景色。前台的工作人員很有效率，而樓上酒吧裏的人都很友好，樂於助人。屋頂游泳池是一個額外的獎勵，在進行一天的緊張旅行后，放鬆一下非常好。毫不猶豫的推薦。

在這裏住了2晚,友好樂於助人的員工。感謝我說的旅遊法語。小房間,小電視,乾淨,漂亮的雙人牀,淋浴很好。每天新鮮毛巾。物有所值。乾淨,友好。尼斯好幾個晚上。位置好,靠近車站,餐廳,由於繁忙的情況/入住率低,我不得不搬到另一家酒店。他們在最初的預訂中安排我在聖戈德酒店住了4晚。沒什麼額外支付。一切都順利。感謝工作人員的優質服務。

Our expectations were already low for this hotel given past reviews, but we thought how bad could it be. How wrong we were. My friend and I are regular travelers abroad (she travels almost every month, and I every 3-4 months). This was the worst hotel in terms of quality and customer service we have stayed in in all of France. We stayed 3 nights. Do NOT stay here, even if it costs more $ to go somewhere else. 1) The night shift receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, 2) The room is dirty (fleas and potentially bed bugs, my friend and I both received multiple bites, absolutely disgusting), and 3) their sister hotel receptionist is racist (said kinochiwa to us when we were simply walking on the street, minding our own business and definitely not Japanese). So unless you want to have your vacation severely disturbed, go somewhere else. (May I recommend the very nice Chateau we stayed in after in Cagnes sur Mer). There are so many bad parts of this hotel that I simply do not have enough characters for. - When we told the receptionist about our bug bites (day shift woman on 7/10), she only told us to checkout the pharmacy nearby. No apologies. - This hotel has an insanely small shower stall - Tiny elevator, can fit 2 people maximum shoulder to shoulder with 2 bags - Hotel receptionist (night shift on 7/8 and 7/9) was a strong contrast to the chief receptionist (7/8) who we had good interactions with. This night shift hotel receptionist was rude, even though he spent 45 minutes trying to get us to retract him saying he was rude. This was after we asked him for 2 towels. I won't go into every part of the excruciating 45 minutes, but he said ”had we ever encountered rude people before? Because if we had, he would definitely not be considered rude.” My friend and I thought this was ironic, and told him we definitely have experienced rudeness before, literally minutes before with konichiwa guy from the hotel a door down. That's when he started eagerly clutching at this story as a weapon against us, saying that must be the reason for us thinking he was rude. He said that if he saw this person himself, he will stand up for us and embarrass the guy for us. (as an aside, konichiwa guy walked into our hotel a couple minutes later to hang out, turns out they are friends! :) Receptionist did nothing, of course, surprise, surprise. There is no happy resolution to this story. The receptionist never apologized for his behavior. What pointless waste of time and money on our vacation.

My husband, myself and our one year old baby stayed here for my birthday and couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. The staff (particularly Marion, who is charming and so helpful) are fantastic - always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. The location is excellent for public transport and there is a Monoprix opposite which is very useful. Our room on the 3rd floor was a good size and we loved the balcony for people watching below. We arrived to find macarons in our room and although it was a day late I had a lovely card and Prosecco on ice from the hotel for my birthday. Very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was all you could need and the orange juice machine is superb. We would definitely return when in Nice. Thank you for a great stay!

我定了豪華房，看圖片房間蠻寬敞的，但是酒店給了一間很擁擠、幾乎沒有多餘空間的空間。 優點： 1. 地理位置喔、機場交通方便、就在市中心去哪都可以步行。 2. 酒店服務人員熱情有禮貌態度好。 3.早餐雖簡單，但還算美味。3.lobby坐着舒服，有免費的檸檬薄荷水可以喝。 4.可以寄存行李。 缺點： 1.洗手間抽風不給力，上個大便兩天都散不去、尷尬！若兩人住，建議去lobby洗手間上大號。 2.淋浴間防水沒做好，洗個澡，水流得滿屋都是。 3.牀墊太軟。
