We stayed here for two nights to take in a hockey game at the PNC Arena. You can walk to the Arena from here. Traffic cops block traffic so you can cross the street. There is a small restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby for a quick bite before the game. It serves a limited menu, including burgers, but we didn't try it out. We did have breakfast in the same restaurant the next morning, and it was pretty good. There is also a restaurant in the same parking lot called the Backyard Bistro if you would prefer. Staff here were super friendly. Obviously, this place can be busy on event nights (as it is the closest or only hotel within walking distance of the PNC arena), but we found the staff up to the task and our reservation was confirmed without incident. Our king size bed room was enormous, with a super comfy bed, and it was very quiet. Staff in the breakfast restaurant was delightful. Ample parking. Outdoor pool, not heated, and small fitness room. Laundry on the second floor and only $1 per load.

I really wanted to like this accommodation as it had a fantastic location close to the interstate and downtown, but that was about it. The employers were nice but this is a no frills stay. You got a room with a squeaky and lumpy mattress. It definitely could have been cleaner. The floors were gummy and sticky. The bathroom did not smell, but it just didn't look very clean. You had to get your towels at the front desk as there was no room service until you left. Snack and food machines will take your money....if they are working at all. Coffee bar in the morning only had sugar, no creamer. So the 2 stars I gave it was for nice employees and location. Remember, you get what you pay for and not a thing more!

我喜歡游泳池,房間裏的空調很好。我有一個陽台,可以俯馬路和購物中心。陽台特大牀房看起來和廣告一樣。房間很安靜,牀單和毛巾很乾淨。感謝房間的冰箱和微波爐。天花板做了不平整的石膏,但不影響我的住宿。陽台有簡單的兩把椅子和桌子套裝,在溫暖的夜晚喝一杯不錯。然而,沒有一個偉大的景色,因爲這家酒店就在通往城市的道路上。早餐早上9點結束,我希望他們把它改成10。第二天早上早餐我懶得醒來,所以除了酸奶,咖啡和煎餅機外,我真的不知道他們有什麼。總的來說是一次很棒的住宿,工作人員很親切。

我覺得在辦理入住時需要向Tenia公開表示感謝,我和丈夫比官方入住時間早到,立即Tenia解釋說,一大羣人剛剛離開,客房部正在努力準備房間。她拿了我們的行李,指出酒吧和大堂區,我們可以掛在那裏。我早早旅行筋疲力盡,然後走到最近的沙發上。15-20 min Tenia 過來說她有房間給我們,因爲我“看起來很累”。感謝上帝她做了,因爲我在今晚的工作晚餐前繼續睡了2個小時。我知道聽起來不像是一筆巨大的交易,但又等了4個小時本來會很艱苦,做的晚餐幾乎不像以前那麼愉快。在這一天和時間裏,客戶服務似乎被推到排隊的後面,我們現在慶祝“剛剛出現”--Tenia走過去,你可以告訴她,她很重視她的客戶和她的公司。她是喜來登品牌的出色大使。
