酒店高爾夫球很好，但是但是房間很舊很久，一間房間很臭，一間房子空調是壞的

房間大，很舒適，雖然設備老一些，但是管理都很不錯，大堂有一位會説中文的大個子經理非常好，態度誠懇熱心，解決問題特別有效率，附近環境很好的酒店了，住了半個月很舒服

很窩心的體驗，酒店服務非常好。Checkin送welcome cookies，上到房就收到櫃檯發來的msg詢問房間滿意度，是即時回覆的。入住後才知道原來這間Doubletree是環保酒店，所以酒店是沒有提供牙刷、剃鬚刀。不過打去櫃檯，他們也是會提供的。房內所有沖涼液、洗頭水、飲用水等都是refill的。酒店員工們都好友善，有個櫃檯姐姐見到我有2個小朋友，問我佢地食唔食得糖呢～

非常棒的度假村，雖然有點年紀，但維持還不錯，因為有小孩所以不能住俱樂部，所以訂豪華房，裏面寬敞，值得一提是浴室地板止滑，對小孩、老人家安全性足，但桌邊仍是做四方桌玻璃，我們習慣用浴巾夾住抽屜防孩子撞到，泳池很乾淨，餐廳價格稍貴，不過份量很足⋯⋯且很好吃，彌補價格，能接受。小孩遊樂設施🛝就是缺點，滑梯都舊了油漆也掉了⋯⋯應該是這是高爾夫度假村，少小朋友光顧吧⋯⋯蚊子多，記得防蚊液…旅途愉快

Super polite staff from the car park security guard until I left, super awesome training by the management!  Was greeted well by Putri who checked us in, she was super polite and I felt valued as an Honors member. Room was super clean, the air conditioning was cold, water pressure was good and the hot water was good. The room was very spacious and the tv was at eye level when lying on the bed, good touch and attention to details. Tried the food room service, the price was super value for money with the portion that was given, taste wise ok as well, everything was seasoned well. The facilities at level 5 and 5A were amazing as well, everything was very clean and organized. Game room was a nice touch with PlayStations, a pool table and board games. The steam room is a must visit, you can change and bath comfortably. I would say the cleanliness of this DoubleTree Shah Alam by Hilton is way better than Hilton KL, haha. Breakfast at Makan was simply amazing...! Again we were greeted politely, all the food was delicious at the correct temperature and the staff was very attentive to what you want or you want something. Three foods you must try at Makan Kitchen : 1. The fresh orange juice - simply fresh haha. 2. Roti Canai - well season and the thickness was just right 3. Many people will miss this : the charcoal toast bangkali bread at the Malay food corner there.  I was staring at it then someone just walked up to me and asked me do I want it? I am like wow yes! The bread was so crunchy and tasty that I could eat a lot of them with salted butter and kaya. If you are into half boiled eggs, eat it with them and wow you will be blown away! Btw it's awesome they serve ice cream at breakfast - five flavors, again eat all you want! Checked out earlier as I have some matters to attend to and have to pay RM5 for the parking. Since it's covered parking and guarded well by the polite guard, ya sure it's worth it!

Everything is good exept for cleanliness especially at toilet area. Even my 4 years old daughter refused to seat down on the toilet bowl because she said very dirty. The room got many dust at closed area but that one i still can close eyes. But toilet….. so dirty.. i just came back from oversea so im so tired to even complaint or change room.

雖然房間不大，但也挺舒服的。又乾淨。而且很現代化。餐廳的食物也不錯。衹是本人覺得有點重口味，但這沒關係，因為可能是我平常都不吃太甜太咸。客服小姐姐都很好，很友善。而且衹要有房間都會讓房客提早進房間。不像有些價錢高，但一定要等到2點多。結論是值得推薦👍

誠實的評論在這裡 - 首先，工作人員的服務很好，樂於助人，所以我對他們的服務打5分，但不得不說，這家酒店很舊，沙發也不是很乾淨，可以看到旋轉沙發裡有很多黃昏。除了淋浴間不是很乾淨，因為淋浴頭有明顯的黑色污漬，我們不確定這是什麼四星級酒店，他們提供的便利設施有梳子，但是我在新的塑膠梳子上看到了頭髮，所以我沒有使用它。清潔度和環境有待改善，但不得不讚揚那裡的工作人員，他們非常樂於助人，人很好。 另外，早餐也不錯。

我昨天入住了,他們整天上網都有點問題,所以我無法完成我的工作。而今天他們只在我的房間更換了一條毛巾。我打電話給接待人員要毛巾,她說可以。5分鐘後,接待處的一個人打了一個電話,說他們沒有毛巾的存貨!!怎麼可能??我回電話給接待處,一位女士接了我的電話,她說好,她會送上來。感謝她。所以問題就在這裏,那傢伙到底怎麼了????第一天沒有網絡連接,幸運的第二天恢復正常。2、你們沒有在房間更換兩條毛巾,3、你們只給我一條毛巾,你們沒有足夠的毛巾庫存??還有那位女士給我毛巾。如果你們想住在這裏,請自備毛巾。總體設施還行。大堂不錯,乾淨。只是需要對這裏的特定工作人員進行足夠的培訓。用球道對待您的客人,我們會回來的。
