烏爾姆的 3 星級飯店

Don't let the reception staff put you in room 241. It is what I would call a tip. We requested a twin bedded room. However, this was originally a double bedded room with two single beds put in it with no thought of lighting arrangements. The floor covering was filthy, the toilet smelled damp and the tiles on the wall and floor were infected with black fungus. The shower hose was black with fungus too. Not what any guest should expect to encounter in these times. The bed sheets were, at least, clean. The hotel shows some lovely photos of other rooms but room 241 looked nothing like the pictured ones. The breakfast was ok. The car parking was secure and much cleaner than our room. I should have returned to the reception and complained but I had had a long day driving and was in no mood to challenge anyone about the state of the room. At least my eyes were closed for most of the time and I could not wait to leave the establishment.

我曾訂過05.10.2019這個酒店(爲3人),預訂也確認了同一天。酒店的住應該是25.12.2019到31.12.2019。不幸的是,我接到07.12.2019 一個取消,理由是酒店從29.12.2019到06.01.2020都關閉了。酒店員工打電話後,我發現,從29.12.2019開始,我們是唯一的客人,所以董事會決定關閉酒店。一方面,我明白,只有三位旅客需要保持整個酒店業務,這也涉及成本。另一方面,我卻不明白,爲了住頭腦,我們是唯一的客人!這不是我的問題,但是這裏它只是變成了我的問題!我認爲這是企業家的風險 - - 當然不是我的風險!我只剩下了短期尋找其他旅館,以避免在利奧馬爾住了幾天,搬到另一個旅館--這對我太了!所以我不能推這家酒店--而沒有去過那家客人!你不應該這樣對待你的客戶!

You get what you see on their website. Rooms small, but very clean. No work desk. Not much privacy as sink and shower are behind curtain, but otherwise open. Restroom separate. Surroundings are noisy which is to be expected in that location between Main Station and Shopping Zone. Windows really tune out the noise, as a consequence room gets quite stuffy and warm. Plenty of pigeons running around on metal framing above window, sounds like rats running inside the ceiling. This might be an issue of the sixth floor only, though. Staff mostly very friendly. Had one grumpy person but maybe they had just a bad day.

Ein kleines, familiäres Hotel in guter Lage (beim Fischerviertel, nicht weit von der Donau). Parkplätze findet man vor dem Hotel (kostenfrei) oder in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Mein Zimmer war recht einfach, was die Einrichtung angeht, aber groß genug und sauber. Obwohl an der Bahnlinie gelegen, habe ich die bereitliegenden Ohrstöpsel nicht gebraucht. Gefallen hat mir die herzliche Art der Wirtsfamilie. Fazit: Value for money - alles prima ＞ Empfehlenswert!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte ma posso classificare come esperienza perfetta. Personale organizzato, preciso, disponibile e molto gentile. Camere impeccabili, colazione ricca con buffet completo di tutto. Assolutamente consigliato!

Hotel macht von außen nichts her, aber innen entfaltet sich der Komfort. Große saubere moderne Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Umsichtiges und freundliches Personal. Optimales Parken für 10 Euro, auch mit Fahrrädern, da vom Parkhaus ein Aufzug direkt zum Hotel führt. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Münster und weiter 5 Minuten zum Fischerviertel.

溫馨的小旅館，住的三人房，一個大牀加一個沙發牀。房間比較小，是斜頂，比較矮，牀基本擠滿，但很乾凈。 美式早餐，和一般酒店差不多，該有的都有，感覺不錯的。 跟着導航很容易找到，在烏爾姆外麪的小鎮上，門口有免費私人停車場，適合自駕。 前台晚上八點下班，下班后酒吧就是自助的了。 進門checkin先請喝一杯，這個是個亮點
