First time for me in a Hostel and these guys made sure my experience was memorable. They were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. The lounge area had a lot of chill spots, a pool table, a fussball table. At the bar I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail that was not on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated that! The metro station is right downstairs, and you have 5 stations to get to the city center, which is really helpful because in the center of the city are all the tourist attractions except Schonbrun. They have breakfast every morning and you can choose to pay 7 euros to eat. Or not. Not the best breakfast I've had but it does the job. Also, another con would be that there is no other piece of furniture in the room other then the beds. I found myself needing a chair or a small table lots of times. Overall an awesome stay! Would totally recommend! I will definitely come back!

Checked in late to our “Superior Room” during our visit to Vienna. The room was clean and cozy just as you would expect at a Mercure hotel. But that’s where the good things ended. The next morning at about 9.30am we heard knocking on the door and it started opening. We panicked and I quickly held it preventing it from opening any further. After a couple of mins, we opened the door ourselves to check who on earth it was. Turned out it was the cleaning lady from the housekeeping staff. She even had the gall to ask us at what time were we leaving, that too at 9.30!! We informed the lady at the reception and she was apologetic but would not take any “concrete” action. That is not all, there was no dental kit in the room. We called up the reception and the lady let us know that they were out of dental kits! How do you claim to be a 4* hotel with such a lacklustre service and poor hospitality? Either way, I know that I am not going back to this hotel and would caution others too. 4/10 for me.

Overall we had a very good experience. We stayed in the family apartment. The good: 1. Very good value for money 2. Great location with easy access to public transportation 3. Good breakfast 4. Very large and spacious room. 5. Good sound isolation, our room was on a low for facing a busy street and we could hardly hear a sound from the outside. A few things that could be improved: 1. We arrived late and the sofa bed was not made, we had to ask for sheets and make it ourselves. 2. The wait time for the elevators was often too long. 3. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. 4. The quality of the pillows was low. 5. The door in the breakfast area was kept open and we could smell the cigarette smoke from outside during breakfast. 6. The room overall seems a little dated and in need of some maintenance.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

威斯特巴恩酒店是在1950年代的建築中,大部分建築都經過了現代化改造,並且處於完好狀態,但保留了一些原始元素,比如舊電梯(速度超級慢)。我很喜歡我的房間。唯一不好的就是街上有些交通噪音。沒有交流,但3月份就不是問題了。酒店位置離威斯特巴赫夫火車站很近。車站裏有個商場。另外,街對面就有一家超市。早餐真的很好。有新鮮牛角麪包、香腸和一台薄餅機,按一下按鈕就可以準備新鮮薄餅。

房間裏有舒適的子,我很抱歉沒有冰箱,沒有自動調空,我們不知道,第一晚就熱了。超級熱情的接待,解釋如何在城市裏遊,從綠色和紅色線的地鐵到100m.早餐每人8€,可在時機,情感的退出時間,中午,給客人機會再休息一下,不需要在購物處花時間去接航班,我很喜歡,互聯網運行得很好。

Ausgezeichnete Lage, gutes Service (Personal sehr bemüht, erfolgreich bemüht, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden), saubere Zimmer, die Ausstattung entspricht sicher einem 3-Sterne Haus, eher liegt sie noch darüber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut (habe sonst nicht dort gegessen). Meine Frau und ich werden dort gerne wieder übernachten. Der Preis ist für die gebotene Leistung mehr als günstig

我們之所以選擇這家酒店，是因為它到維納體育館的位置非常方便，而且我們在這裡聽音樂會。我們是從P+R Hütteldorf坐地鐵過來的，只能推薦。這家酒店還設有收費停車場。房間陳設簡單，但乾淨整潔，擁有您需要的一切。然而，我不會預訂酒店長期住宿，因為房間裡沒有保險箱。早餐還可以，價格合理。然而，早餐室太熱了（幾乎是熱的），但大堂其他區域太涼爽了。我們可以推薦這家酒店，並將再次為 Stadthalle 的下一次活動預訂。

10月,我們和朋友一起在歐洲度假期間在弗萊明斯住了3天。酒店的位置方便到地鐵和有軌電車,早餐也不錯。除此之外,酒店非常令人失望。任何房間都沒有電話,當我們登記入住的時候,wifi在我們的房間也不行,我也沒有手機信號。當我在前台抱怨我們無法使用wifi時,有人告訴我-“那是不可能的”!我重複說我的丈夫和我的電話都不會連接。他再次說“那不可能”!這種態度讓我非常生氣。他跟着我們到房間,試了好久才把我們連上。我們的朋友在等我們,所以他說過稍後再和他覈對一下。當我們稍後回到房間時,一個維修人員過來檢查了路由器。他說,我們酒店的部分確實沒有信號!他重新設置路由器,然後我們可以使用wifi。牀不舒服,我們有2個非常平的枕頭。我不得不要求額外的枕頭,但確實得到了。我也要求喝茶,但沒有收到。空調不夠冷,我們不得不打開窗戶。這家酒店最煩人的是房間中間的透明玻璃淋浴盒。忘記任何隱私-這些房間很明顯對於展覽者。我的一羣朋友有兒子和父親一起住,姐妹們在一起,夫婦。房間中間有一個清晰的玻璃淋浴器,我們任何人都不會選擇。顯然不清楚所有房間都有這種荒唐的特點。如果酒店想擁有這樣的安排,很好但他們應該意識到這對許多人來說是不可接受的。

Positively to mention is the excellent location near a train (Westbahnhof) and subway station. Our stay was from 31.12.2022 to 03.01.2023. Room was a little small for 3 people, but we didn't spend much time in there anyway, except for sleeping. Room was not cleaned at the first day. Went down to the reception and was told that 10 cleaning ladies didn't show up on the first day of the new year. No apologies, but at least received new towels. Management seems to be uninspired. In other hotels have received a bar voucher or bonus points/credits upon such lack of service. Second day the housekeeping staff issue was still not solved as I heard more customer complaining about untidy rooms at the reception. Upon check-out again no question about if we have been satisfied with our stay neither a goodbye! Only the breakfast service team did a great job in cleaning and arranging free tables and filling up the buffet items despite the hotel seemingly been fully booked.
