    巴黎老牌Maison de la truffe ,是之前Tous au restaurant 活動期間去的,巴黎吃松露不可錯過的一家餐廳 從環境到服務再到菜肴,全部滿分💯 Testing menu吃到撐[饞嘴] 人均60歐

    這家的給宋局長做的很不錯哦,黑松露濃湯很好喝哦,就是黑松露真的很貴,味道的確很鮮美哦,飯後甜品布丁的味道一流的哦,除了價格都不錯。

    除了賣松露產品,還有餐廳開在一塊是米其林推薦餐廳。餐單是分有松露和無松露的價格,有松露的又分三個等級的松露。不知如何選,套餐是個不錯的選擇還划算。餐前跟所有法餐一樣會有麵包,但不同的是搭配麵包的橄欖油是自家產的松露橄欖油,抹麵包吃非常香! 前菜我點了歐姆蛋,咬牙加了最高等級的白松露。嗅!使勁嗅!當別人認為我是變態前,趕緊動叉了。蛋厚實軟嫩,加了松露簡直讓蛋蛋君加冕為皇室貴族。 主菜是一個烤土豆加黑松露和魚子醬外面還鋪了黑松露沙拉醬。太!好!吃!了! 我覺得這個黑松露比最貴的那個白松露贊,味道更濃郁!還加了魚子醬一口一口根本停不下來!感覺土豆君也翻身農奴做主人了!松露的濃郁已經讓我微醺。我連外面松露沙拉醬都拿麵包抹得乾乾凈凈了。 最後一道是松露鵝肝,好大一塊!酒香內臟香交纏融合,這時松露味就淡了很多,不過不妨礙我繼續為它沉醉。 其實原先我想點松露燉飯的,但服務員說那個好大份,是倆人吃的。所以我只能作罷。但隔壁桌的Monseur(先生)說這個特別棒,上的時候我瞧一眼真是很不錯啊,真希望他能跟我說要不要來一口?Oui!Oui!Oui!(戴高樂機場也有賣它家產品,但是貨少,建議在店裡買點再去機場補充點。不知道價格有沒有差,但我想機場應該有便宜點)

    One of our favorite restaurants in Paris. Great service, relaxed ambiance and food worth to coming back. If you love truffles we highly recommend it. Restaurant also has a store with truffle products which are very exclusive.

    I feel very harassed over the booking as once booked the booking cannot be modified but can only be cancelled . I booked for Tues lunch 1pm and wanted to change to mon night at 7pm . Since I couldn’t modify I made another new booking for mon night at 7pm . The reservations were manually confirmed and the Tues lunch 1pm confirmation came first. I didn’t know what to do with the confirmation as I wanted the mon dinner to be confirmed . I tried to get my hotel to call the restaurant but it wasn’t possible to reach the restaurant . At around 6pm Mon the confirmation for the mon 7pm dinner came and the family rushed down to attend the dinner . At the same time I told the restaurant to cancel the Tues lunch appt at 1pm which was promptly done . However fork was not aware as your system did not inform fork and fork kept reminding me to attend the Tues lunch and I couldn’t inform fork that the restaurant has helped me cancel the reservations since I had dinner there already on Mon . Today ie Tues I received a stinger fr Fork that I missed the Tues lunch and they will blacklist me if I were to do this again . I find the whole experience very unpleasant and stressful . I think the booking system must enable modifications and the system needs to enable Some way of contacting both fork and the restaurant simultaneously so that I don’t get harassed by fork and also worry that I have a second booking on Tues with my credit card and it might trigger a charge on the credit card although I have already visited the restaurant on Mon for a very good dinner. I Hope u understand and empathise my experience with both Fork n the restaurant over a reservations . Best rgds

    The food is very good and the staff are all friendly and professional , the atmosphere there is great. We are happy that we spent a dinner over there during our stay in Paris

    Unfortunately Maison de la Truffle Restaurant's experience left much to be desired. The dishes were disappointingly heavy and overly creamy, lacking depth and flavor. Although the truffles added a pleasant taste, they couldn't compensate for the overall blandness of the food. Additionally, the table was adorned with a dirty napkin, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the restaurant fell short of expectations, failing to deliver a satisfying culinary experience. I won't recommend it to anyone, as it seemed to be just hype without substance.

    The food was excellent, and the room had a calm and tasteful atmosphere. I loved the risotto of truffle. The fettuccine of truffle was also my favorite. However, the service was disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 pm on time for our appointment. At the entrance, we noticed that there were several staff members present. However, none of them acknowledged us or gave us a proper welcome. It seemed as though we were being ignored. If there were some reasons, they should have told us and asked us to wait for a while.
