Campo San Salvador

A small, unimpressive square.

This is a small and rather cramped an utterly unimpressive square. The only positive thing in the square is the lovely church.

This small square take its name from the church of San Salvatore . In this square , in medieval time, there was a deep well used to water the horses.

MANY THINGS TO SEE

This very small campo located in front of the eponymous church contains many interesting items; Marforio’s dragon, the 1848 commemorative column and the cannonball in the church façade.

Great Area

This is a rally great area full of many different shops. The dragon sculpture is quite neat as well.
